Student Assistant for Customer Service and back office tasks

 

At UMAGE, we are looking for a student to our customer service team. You will become part of a young department and have the opportunity to independently handle a wide range of tasks within order handling, claims and back office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming claims
  • Communication and coordination with internal stakeholders (Order team and Sourcing, as well as the Supply Chain department)
  • Handling orders B2C and B2B
  • Customer service by phone, mail and showroom guest
  • Ad-hoc assignments

 

Qualifications:

  • You are studying a relevant degree, with a minimum of 1 year left of your studies
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experienced with Excel
